By booking any property on our platform, guests agree to follow these standard house rules in addition to any property-specific rules.

Check-in & Check-out

Respect the designated check-in and check-out times. Early arrivals or late departures must be arranged with the host in advance.

Noise & Neighbors

Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Respect neighbors and the local community.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in properties explicitly marked as smoking-friendly. Never smoke in non-smoking properties.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly properties. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are only permitted in properties explicitly allowing them. Unauthorized gatherings may result in eviction without refund.

Property Care

Treat the property with care. Report any damages immediately. Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning or repairs.

Maximum Occupancy

Do not exceed the stated maximum number of guests. Additional guests must be approved by the host.
